Volunteer

Client Coordinator

Volunteers are needed to share the love of Christ and the message of life to those facing unplanned pregnancies. Daytime and evening shifts are available. Training provided and required. Language interpreters/volunteers, especially Spanish, are also needed. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 25
  • A commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
  • Faithful attendance in a local church
  • Agreement with the PRC Statement of Faith and Mission Statement
  • Dependable, capable of confidentiality and ability to follow instructions
  • Emotionally healthy and the ability to handle the additional pressure
  • Completion of PRC volunteer training
  • Commitment to adhere to all policies and procedures
  • Faithfulness and confidence in the Word of God with an ability to communicate its truth

Nurse Volunteer

Provide medical consultation and sonography (training required) for clients.

Special Events Assistant

Assist with fundraising events: Fall Celebrate Life banquet, Spring Walk for Life, and baby bottle campaigns.

Statement of Faith

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible and authoritative word of God, 
without error in the original writings.
We believe in one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe that for salvation of lost and sinful men, regeneration by the 
Holy Spirit is absolutely essential, and that this salvation is received through faith 
in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
We believe in the deity and virgin birth of our Lord Jesus Christ,
that He died upon the cross as a substitutionary sacrifice for the sin of the world, that He rose from the dead and ascended into heaven, from whence He will return with power and glory.
We believe in life after death, that there shall be a resurrection
of the dead, both for the just and unjust.
We believe in the resurrection of the saved to everlasting
life in heaven and the resurrection of the lost into eternal punishment.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to equip women and their families with unplanned pregnancies to make life affirming and informed choices by using biblically based principles and to demonstrate the unconditional love of Jesus Christ.
